Joined HPS in 2015 after eight years brokering Class-B office in Denver. Handles all commercial leasing and CAM administration.
Renée Castillo
Director of Residential Operations
Oversees the residential management book — roughly 180 doors across six counties. Bilingual English/Spanish.
James O'Hara
Lead Maintenance Supervisor
Master plumber, twenty-two years in the trades. Runs the in-house technician crew and after-hours dispatch.
Priya Anand
Controller
CPA, formerly with a regional Denver firm. Owns the books, runs the annual audit, and prepares every owner statement.

Tenant Services Lead
First point of contact for every resident. Manages move-ins, renewals, and the tenant portal.
